As you know I’ve started training for this year’s London Marathon! So, I thought I’d give you the inside story on my gruelling training programme and subject you to a few moans and groans about the inevitable muscle aches and pains..!
I’ll be following a special 14 week training schedule to help tackle this iconic test of endurance, taking place on 21st April. Let’s face it; no-one is going to get round this particular course without proper preparation.
