Banana and Peanut Butter Shake

It has been a while since I posted a recipe, but I thought I’d share this one as it’s great for refuelling after a long run or any other intense workout session.

My banana and peanut butter shake beats the taste of a regular protein shake and still leaves you feeling full with plenty of energy.

To make this all you need is: 1 banana, 1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter, 1/4 flavour extract and 250ml of cold semi-skimmed milk.

Simply blend it all together in a smoothie machine, pour into a glass and enjoy. Delicious!
