Ok, I maybe a little slow to the party here but over the weekend I discovered Quakers Two Minute movers. It’s a fantastic YouTube channel that shows you all the moves that you might need to get your fitness regime started in the morning. What’s even better is that Mr Motivator becomes your fitness instructor on this channel!
It’s no secret that exercising before breakfast results in greater fat loss than a post-breakfast or evening workout session. Quakers have conveniently created two minute workouts that you can do whilst your Quaker Oats are cooking. I’m not saying that you need to eat the oats but you definitely have to check out the workouts. Here are a few of the videos from their YouTube page that I love:
